Vince Callahan of Proctor has been elected to an at-large position on the national board of directors for Ducks Unlimited, the organization announced Wednesday.
Callahan owns Ace Rewinding, a mechanics shop in West Memphis. Proctor is located just west of West Memphis in Crittenden County.
Callhan has been active in DU on the state and local levels, serving in various volunteer leadership positions since 1990.
Callahan is now the third Arkansan to take a national leadership role with DU. George Dunklin Jr. of Stuttgart is first vice president of the national leadership board and upcoming national president and Steve Cook of Malvern is a regional vice president.
