What was supposed to be a story for KLRT-TV, Fox 16 reporters interviewing shoppers at Mack’s Prairie Wings in Stuttgart turned into a ride into the brush with Rick Griffin, Benson Cashion and Greenhead.net contributor Brent Birch on Friday.
The trio spent the day getting ready for the start of the season that began Saturday morning. Hunters were expecting a challenging open with dry conditions across much of east Arkansas.
“I go into the office every morning and out here I get to lay out on the levee and watch the sunrise,” said Rick Griffin. “It gets in your blood, I guess.”
