The Arkansas duck banding program was revived three years ago and has provided valuable information on how ducks are moving and migrating within the state. Dr. Doug Osborne, Assistant Professor of Wildlife Management at University of Arkansas-Monticello will lead the seminar and all interested parties are welcome to attend.
