Green Lane Duck Club is a premier waterfowl hunting property located east of Stuttgart on the Little LaGrue Bayou. GLDC proudly offers diverse hunting habitats including: green tree and buckbrush wetlands, reservoirs, and agricultural fields. Whitetail deer also abound. The closest neighbor is nearly a mile away. This is a duck hunter’s dream retreat.
The structures located on the property contain a newly procured and furnished four-thousand square foot lodge and bunk house.
The main lodge includes a four full-sized bed bunk room, three private bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The lodge also contains amenities such as: a multi-use great room with vaulted ceilings, a game room featuring a pool table and poker table, a commercially equipped kitchen (with an oversized refrigerator, freezer, multiple surface six-burner gas range and griddle, ice makers upstairs and down, and dual ovens), laundry room, gun and boot room, and a spacious partially covered grilling and deck area. Boat and general storage are also available on the first level. There are three separate central heat and air units provided for the lodge, on demand hot water heater, satellite connectivity, excellent wireless service, and a five-hundred-pound propane tank.
Connected by a newly paved sidewalk, the bunkhouse contains two private bedrooms, a bunk room, and two bathrooms. A fenced kenneling area is also adjacent to the structures.
