Marketing Director
Remington Ammunition

Number of days you hunt a season? However many days I can

Where do you hunt? Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri

What kind of gun do you use? Beretta A400 or my beat-up Remington 870

Favorite duck call? Any RNT calls or a Primos Pro Mallard

Fields, reservoir or timber? Equal opportunity

Rainy, nasty or bluebird sky? The colder, the meaner, the better

What got you into hunting? I’m blessed to come from a hunting family — my dad and grandpa taught me firearm safety, how to swing a shotgun, train a dog and sit more or less patiently in the blind. We made some great memories along the way. Now I’m lucky that hunting and conservation are part of my company’s culture at Remington Ammunition.

What is your most unusual “must have” in the duck blind? Gotta have some game time, pump-up music on the way to the blind. I’m superstitious enough that I listen to the same playlist every morning for good luck.

Where is your go-to spot for breakfast/meals on a hunting weekend? If I make it back home to Little Rock in time, it’s hard to beat brunch at Raduno off of south Main.

If you have children, do you take them duck hunting? If so, what are some of the highlights from these youth hunts? I’ve been lucky enough to mentor several new hunters over the years.
