With duck season on its regular hiatus until the fall, waterfowlers aren’t immediately feeling the effects of the coronavirus outbreak on their favorite sport.
But if you’re finding yourself with some unexpected time on your hands thanks to closures, postponements and social distancing, there are still plenty of duck hunting related activities to keep you busy for the duration.
In fact, the offseason is a good time to occupy yourself with a to-do list that can help make next season a success.

Sure it involves cleaning decoys and knowing where your gear is, but there is much more than that, and if you’re not careful you might find yourself enjoying better physical health by the time November rolls around.
