The fourth annual Delta Waterfowl Duck Hunters Expo is scheduled this month in Oklahoma City, Okla. The event will be held July 25-27 at the OKC Fairgrounds, Bennett Center at 3101 Gordon Cooper Blvd.

Following a successful 2024 event hosted in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this year’s Expo will bring hundreds of vendors to showcase cutting-edge hunting gear, apparel and accessories. Industry leaders will be on hand to share expertise, distribute giveaways and discuss the latest trends in waterfowling. Delta Waterfowl will have the foremost experts in the fields of duck production, waterfowl habitat conservation and the future of our hunting heritage presenting daily.

The schedule for this year’s event is as follows:

Friday, July 25
11:45 a.m. — Opening Ceremony with Oklahoma Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell, Oklahoma Dept. of Wildlife Conservation Director Wade Free and Delta Waterfowl CEO Jason Tharpe inside the entrance to the Bennett Center.

Noon to 6 p.m. — Show floor open, more than 210 exhibitors, OKC Fairgrounds.

Noon to 6 p.m. — Decoy Carving and Painting demonstrations with master carvers Pat Gregory and Rick Pierce, Expo Booths 14 and 15.

1 p.m. to 4 p.m. — Seminars on the Field-to-Table Stage, featuring wild game cooking demonstrations by professor Mark Merchant and master chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois.

3 p.m. to 5 p.m. — Seminars on the Duck Dog Stage, featuring retriever training pros Barton Ramsey and Jeremy Criscoe.

5:30 p.m. — Duck Hunters Grand Banquet, 800+ people expected for dinner, program and auction to benefit conservation.

Saturday, July 26

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Show floor open, more than 210 exhibitors, OKC Fairgrounds.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Decoy Carving and Painting demonstrations with master carvers Pat Gregory and Rick Pierce, Expo Booths 14 and 15.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Seminars on the Field-to-Table Stage, featuring wild game cooking demonstrations by professor Mark Merchant and master chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois.

11 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Seminars on the Duck Dog Stage, featuring retriever training pros Barton Ramsey, Jeremy Criscoe, Brad Arington, Lee Howard, Josh Miller, Chris Akin and Al Arthur.

Noon to 3 p.m. — Skilled contestants compete in the Delta Grand National Double-Reed Duck Calling Championship hosted by World Champion caller Jim Ronquest.

Sunday, July 27

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Show floor open, more than 210 exhibitors, OKC Fairgrounds.

9 a.m. — Duck Hunters Church Service, non-denominational on the Duck Dog Stage.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. — Decoy Carving and Painting demonstrations with master carvers Pat Gregory and Rick Pierce, Expo Booths 14 and 15.

Noon to 1 p.m. — Seminar on the Field-to-Table Stage, featuring cooking demonstration by professor Mark Merchant.
