Caney Creek Kennel is a small but dedicated kennel focused on importing the best genetics from Scotland available. My goal as a breeder and trainer is to produce the best dogs possible — a dog that I would personally want. We first fell in love with the British Labrador breed back in 1995. Since then, every dog we’ve raised or trained has felt like a part of our family. Each dog at Caney Creek Kennel is fully trained to hunt and gets to put their skills to use during the annual duck hunting season. When not hunting, our dogs are the perfect loyal and attentive lifelong companions.

One of the most rewarding parts of our business is our customers sending pictures and emails bragging on their dogs, and also the friendships I have made over the years.
WHY WE ARE THE BEST
I have been raising and training dogs for 30 years. I have strived to import the best genetics. As a trainer I use old-school training techniques. I believe you get a better trained dog starting with the basics and not going to step two until step one is completed.
TYPICAL DAY
My day starts early, training and exercising dogs before it gets too hot, then feeding and taking care of puppies and cleaning kennels.
